Need To Buy Baking Pans In Dubai I Did Buy A Iron Cast Frying Pan ,= How Do I Cure It ?or Is Their No Need To Do It ?

I did buy a iron cast frying pan ,= how do i cure it ?or is their no need to do it ? - need to buy baking pans in dubai

I remember reading somewhere before I 1st use - I have the bread in the oven, to bake - Is this reasonable?

  2. Rub with vegetable oil, a good coat. Bake @ 300 degrees F for 2 hours, cool and give another light coat of oil.

    Clean after each use with a little water and salt. wipe with a paper towel or cloth to clean. Rinse with warm water and bake at 200 degrees and turn off the oven immediately. Do not use soap or shine, you ruin the NAP. and oxidized. Do not cook acidic foods, unless you are on the new season again want to have.

  3. to cure a cast iron frying pan with oil and bake for several hours at about 350 coated inside and hte first time a scouring pad metallic paint for each substance. ..
